Mattersight (now part of NiCE) is a personality-based call-routing software that uses AI to match callers with customer service agents. To train their model, they used hundreds of thousands of recorded calls, yielding a treasure trove of customer service calls gone wrong.

For this campaign, we animated the actual recorded calls, casting caller and agent as animals. The result: unexpected B2B creative.
