Brookfield Residential is a North American homebuilder with a strong presence developing communities and building homes in Central Texas.
For Easton Park, Brookfield’s master-planned community in Southeast Austin, we work to make the community feel like an extension of Austin. Our campaign work for Easton Park expands the warm and quirky brand, ranging from print to digital to video to experience design.
Down in San Marcos at Kissing Tree, Brookfield’s active adult community, we re-imagined the brand experience as summer camp for the 55+ set. While the development and the homes are beautiful – it’s the experience of living in the community that people are actually buying.
ACF wanted to stake its claim as the leader in closing the opportunity gap in Austin — and they needed branding to reflect that leadership. We worked with many stakeholders to develop positioning, messaging and a bold new logo. We also established a brand family to support the growing number of funds and programs: the Women’s Fund Keyholder event, the Hispanic Impact Fund’s Somos Austin event, and ACF’s many thought leadership reports.
Aurea is an enterprise software company that provides customer experience software for some of the largest companies in the world. Customer events are their most powerful sales and relationship-building tool, and their most exclusive event is an invitation to Austin to attend Formula 1 racing weekend. They pull out all the stops for their customers, including high-end materials for the event.
